6.58am - Brunette needs a coffee.
7.15am - Coffee for the Brunette and Vanity Fair for me. Hmmm...Angelina Jolie on the cover.
7.27am - Brunette sleeps. The Saudi cover story is mesmerising. Passing Olympic site in Stratford.
8.13am - Tired. Going to take a short nap.
8.49am - Still taking a nap. Brunette licks my ear.
9.13am - Outskirts of Paris.
9.22am - Arrive at Gare du Nord. Local time: 10.22am.
10.33am - Metro to the l'apartement.
10.56am - Walking on Rue St. Hononore towards Rue Miromesnil
11.09am - Searching for my keys, open the front door, say Bonjour to the Gendarmarie patroling my famous neighbours - Sarkozy & Carla Bruni.
11.11am - Arrive safely in l'apartement and ready for the few days ahead in Paris.
11.35am - La porte se ferme...
