Tasmania an island at the most southern point of Australian is the location of our practice Dock4. The house on Bonnet hill is a modest building of 100 sqm situated on a large rural site. The north facing 2 storey house is cement clad. Dock4 Architecture designed to house to be permeable from 3 sides thus transferring from inside to outside with ease. The Architects have chosen raw materials (many unfinished and low costs) due to limited choices available.
