This was a deserted house that the locals called a haunted house. It doesn't help that there is ivy covering the whole structure. SPEAC renovated it as a dwelling and office. The Architects removed all the partitions and ceilings, reinforced the structure with the diagonal braces and walls. By doing this, the rooms looked wider, the floors are painted in white except for the wooden structure of the roof and columns of the 2nd floor.
