Joaquín Torres & Rafael Llamazares of The Architecture Studio A-cero have designed housing in the outskirts of Madrid. Designed entirely of sculptural inspiration, blocks of marble travertine in curved shapes and edges emphasize the weightlessness to the building. The main entrance is made of dark granite that contrasts with the facade while large windows facilitate lighting into the house. The 1.000 sqm space plays a dialogue with between the natural environment and design.
